<—. SUCCESS OF REFORM PARTY. Received November 4, 5.20 a.m. LONDON, November 3. The Municipal elections show that the re was a failure of women candidates throughout the country. Fifty were nominated in London, of whom five were elected. The Municipal Reformers secured majorities in twenty-four boroughs of London, and the Progressives gained the majorities in the other four.
