METEOROLOGICAL.
By, Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, Nov 3. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—The weather has continued unsettled and cloudy over the northern districts, but warm and fair in other parts. The winds have been generally light and variable with little movement of the barometer. The barometer has fallen, however, about the East Cape, and this may indicate that a disturbance is passing off that part, which will cause rain on the East Coast of the North Island. Changeable weather is probable generally witn moderate to strong southerly winds in the North and westerly elsewhere. There are indications for anticyclonic pressure with probable continuance of fine weather at the end of this week and in the early part of next.
