QUEENSLAND POLITICS.
Received November 3, 11 p.m. BRISBANE, November 3. The Lieutenant-Governor opened Parliament to-day. In his speech he briefly raferred to the causes that led to the elections, and the financial relations of tee States and the Commonwealth. The Bills promised were practically the same as last session.
