COLLAPSE OF RAILWAY BRIDGE
PART OF TRAIN FALLS INTO A RIVER. Received October 28, 8.25 a.m LONDON, October 27. Heavy rains have fboded the South of England railwaya. A bridge between Ticshurst, Sus sex. and Effingham, Surrey, collapsed and part cf a goods train fell into the river.
