LICENSED VICTUALLERS' VIEW. Received October 28, 9.40 a.m MELBOURNE, October 28. The Licensed Victuallers' Conference discussed the question of pro hibiting the sale of liquor in canteens. It was agreed that Parliament is making a seriouß national mistake in forbidJing the sale.
