Ihe New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, report on their fortnightly stock sale at Eketahuna yesterday as follows: —No sheep came forward. The cattle pens were welt filled, and we submitted a big entry of all classes disposing of the bulk either by auction or private treaty, the market being sound. Three and'4yr steers, £5 ss; 2yr olds, £3 Is 6d; yearlings, 35s to 455; yearling heifers, 42y; calves, 355; store cows, 425; empty heifers, 2yrs 475; weaner pigs, 15s to 15s 6d.
