EXPERIENCE OF A SHIPS' OFFICER. Received October 22, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, October 22. Mr Sim 3, chief officer of the steamer Palma, disappeared on Saturday, and was found at ParKes, 268 miles west of Sydney. His memory is a complete blank as to how and why he made the journey.
