VISIT TO ITALY,

Received October 21, 9.15 p.m. LONDON, October 21.

The Czar will travel via Alexandrovo, Posin, Frankfurt, Lyons and Modano. He will receive no official reception in Germany or France, and will reach Uerdonnechia on Saturday. Thence many troops will guard tne line to Racconigi (in North Italy, 23 miles from Turin) where King Victor Emanuel, Signor Giolitti (Premier) and Signor Tittoni (Minister of Foreign Affairs) will meet the Czar. His Majesty will return to St. Petersburg via Crimea on Monday. ROME, October 21.
