The Naw Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Compa iiy, Ltd., report on their fortnightly stock sale at the Waipoua yards as follows: Tie theep entries were confined to ewes and lairbs, those being of second rate quality o>ily reached 13s 9d. In cattle all classes were represented, but in small lots. In beef 1 very prime bullock made £8 ss, and 1 prime heavy heifer £5 14s; store cows, 40s; springing heifers, Mi to £4 15s; extra good weaner pigs. 17a.
