MKiuKULOQICAJ,. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, October 20. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:--The barometer has fallen everywhere, and westerly winds have prevailed strong and squally south of Kawhia and Ostlepoint. Rain has fallen on the West Coast and in the South. The present indications are for a rise in the barometer shortly in the Southern districts with rain and colder weather. Pressure will probably decrease in the North for about 12 or 16 hours, but after that the winds will then also change to the southward. Unsettled and stormy weather is now probable generally.
