BUILDERS' TROUBLES.

Speaking at the Federated Master Builders' Association, Mr Bennett, a New Zeairfnd representative, told a story oiP the builders' trouble. With respect to industrial legislation, New Zealand was, he said, a kind of experimental farm legislating experimentally for benefit of the world at "large. The employers in the Dominion found themselves in a disadvantageous position, being the only side to a dispute that was in any way bound bylaw. The men wanted the Arbitration Court and power to strike as well.
