CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE DELEGATES.
ARRIVAL IN NEW ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. INVERCARGILL, October 11. The Chambers of Commerce delegates arrived by the Moeraki after a pleasant passage. Mr :Mark-.Cohen, on behalf of the Government) welcomed the visitors* to whom the Westporfc Chamber telegraphed, through the Premier, expiessing the hope that they would visit the West Cuast. The invitation was reluctantly declined, owing to want of time. The party divided at Invercargill, 28 going to the Lakes, and 19 to Dunedin. The tour of the Dominion will extend over a fortnight/' Three days will be spent in the Lake district. The party leave for Sydney on the 25th.
