LIEUTENANT SHACKLETON.

LECTURE AT COPENHAGEN. Received October 11, 8.30 am COPENHAGEN, October 10. Lieutenant Shackleton, leader of the Nimrod Antarctic Expedition, delivered a lecture on his journey before the Danish Geographical Society, and received the society's gold medal. Queen Alexandra was present, The King of Denmark has conferred upon Lietenant Shackleton the commandership of the Dannevrog Order.
