SUGGESTED NO-LICENSE FOR FEDEKAL CAPITAL. SYDNEY, October 2. The Women's Christian Temperance Union Convention has resolved to urge the Federal Government to inaugurate the Federal capital as a Nohcense centre, and so make it the model city of Australia.
