Acceptances for Second Day's Eaces close with the Secretary at the Club's Booius, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the First Day's Races. PENALTIES. Flat Eaces—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 10lb), to carry lOlbs penalty, aud for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the L above penalties.
