NEPTUNE LAUNCHED.

LODNON, September 30.
The Duchess of Albany successfully launched the Neptune, the eight Dreadnouhgt, at Portsmouth. Colonial wine was used in the christening ceremony. It is understood that the Neptune is so heavily armoured as to be unsinkable by the explosion of a torpedo beneath the vessel.
