RIFLE CLUBMEN.
NON-EFFICIENT FPK EXISTING REGIMENTS. Received September 30, 10,10 a.m. SYDNEY, Setember 30. Dealing with the proposal to re j in f orce existing regiments from the members of civilian rifle clubs, General J. M. Gordun, commander of the State military forces, stated that only about ten thousand out of twenty-three thousand members of rifle clubs were efficient, and fully 50 per cent, would not be allowed to join the ranks, because the doctors would not pass them.
