METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, September 28. The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' report and weather forecast: —The weather has been very unsettled and stormy north of Ea3t Cape and Raglan, with strong northeasterly winds, but elsewhere increasing warmth and humidity have accounted for typical spring weather, with moderate winds between northeast and south-east generally, and a slight fall in oarometric pressure. The present indications are for a decided fall in the barometer shortly, with freshening easterlies and increasing cloudiness presairing rain and more unsettled weather.
