Acceptances tor Second Day's Eaces close with the Secretary at the Club's Booms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the First Day's Races. PENALTIES. Flat Races—The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b), to carry lOlbs penalty, a'id for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the w abore penalties.
