Weights for all races on First Day of Meeting will be declared on Friday, 19th November, 1909. Acceptances for all raxs on First Day of Meeting, and Entrascj for Maiden and Scurry, close with the Secretary, Woodville, at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 25th November, 1909 Weights for all races on Second Day of Meeting will be declared about 830 o'clock on the evening cf the First Day's Eaces. Acceptances tor Second Day's Eaces close with the Secret try at the Club's Rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the First Day's Rices. PENALTIES. Flat Eaces —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b), to carry lOlbs penalty; and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over, to carry only half the above penalties.
