SURPLUS OF £291,000. Received September 24, 1 a.m. ADELAIDE, September 23. The State Treasurer his delivered his Budget. The year ended with a surplus of £291,000. He estimated the revenue for the current year at £3,549,849, and expenditure at £3,515.000.
