Received September 21, 8.5 a.m. PARIS, September 20. M. Paulham won £I,OOO, sterling for an hour's fight over the sea around Ostend. Finally, the machine expended its petrol, and fell into the sea. M Paulham and his aeroplane were saved. Received September 22, 12.10 a.m. ROME, September 21. M. Rougier at Brescia, aeroplaned in the presence of King Emmanuel at a height of 645 feet.
