AUSTRIA AND HER NAVY.
NAVAL VOTE Received September 21, 10.5 p.m. BUDAPEST/September 21. The Austrian and Hungarian Ministers discussed the Common Budget, and reduced the naval vote by £1,160,000. The meeting broke up without providing funds for the Dreadnoughts. Despite the conference, the newspaper "Zeit" publishes a semi official programme including sixteen Dreadnoughts, the first four costing £2,360,000 each.
