J tion of the Castlepomt County •Council, at a meeting to be held on the 26th day of September, 1909, to confirm -the following resolutions passed by way of special orders at a special meeting of ,-the Council held on the 14th day of .August, 1909: 1. Authorising the raising of a loan of /250 under " The Local Bodies Loans let, 1908," for erecting a bridpe over the Taueru river, on the Alfredton-Tinui Road. 2. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. 3. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on a loan of JJBO, Deing 10 per cent, on the loan of £BOO authorised te be raised by the Council for forming and fencing the road from Whakataki to Castlepoint ; 4. Incraase the number of Ridings •within the County from three to four, and alter the Riding boundaaies and name < the said Ridings, East, West, North, and South, respectively. Copies of the said resolutions (the first «{• which is to take effect on confirmation, and the second, third, and fourth on the Gazetting thereof) may be seen at the County Office, Tinui, and at Mr Johnston's store, Tinui.
