John James Patterson, solicitor, Dannevirke, who has just completed a short sentence of imprisonment for a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, appeared before Mr Justice Cooper at the Supreme Court to day, to undergo his public examination. The hearing is likely to be a lengthy one.
