METEOROLOGICAL.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 13. The following is Kev. D. C Bates' weathpr forecast:--There are indications for a fall in barometric pres sure, especially in the Southern districts. Increasing northerly winds are probable south of New Plymouth and Napier and westerly winds elsewhere, for more unsettled weather in the southern districts, while more humid conditions of the atmosphere are also probable soon in the north.
