CHEAPSIDE ROBBERY.

TRIAL OF PRISONERS

Received September 13, 8.20 a.m LONDON, September 12.

The trial of the five prisoners charged with the robbery at Mappin and Webb's warehouse in Cheapside on August 22nd has concluded. George Taylor, William Russell Taylor were found guilty, and each sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. Charles Gurron was also convicted and received a sentence of eight years. Charles Knight, furniture porter, who was also charged, was acquitted.
