NOTICR is hereby given of the intention of the Castlepomt County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 25th day of September, 1909, to confirm the following resolutions passed by way of special orders at a special meeting of the Council held on the 14th day of August, 1909: , 1. Authorising the raising of a loan of /250 und u r '• The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," for erecting a bridge over the Taueru river, on the Alfredton-Tinui Eoad. 2. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. 3. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on a loan of „£BO, Deing 10 per Cr-.nt. on the loau of authorised te be raisod by the Council for foiming and fencing the road from Whakataki to CaStlepoint. 4. Increase the number ot Ridings within the County from three to four, and alter the Riding boundaaies and name the said Ridings, East, West. North, and South, respectively. Copies of the said resolutions (the first sf which is to take effect on confirmation, and the second, third, and fourth on the (THzettiup; thereof) may be seen at the Oounly Olhco, Tinui, and at Mr Johnston's store, Tinui.
