INSURANCE TRUST.
ALLEGED TO BE ILLEGAL.

The "Daily Chronicle" reports that the State of Arkansas is suing 65 companies, included in the socalled Insurance Trust, alleging that it is an illegal combination. The State asks the court to fine the insurance companies thirteen millions sterling, and also to expel them from Arkansas.
