Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on or about SATURDAY, 'lth Septemb'T, 1909, and for the Second Day's Events at the office of the Marton Jockey Club (next White Hart Hotel) at 7.30 on the evening of the First Day. Acceptances for the First Day' 3 events will close with tho Secretary at the ofiiee of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, September 13th, 1909, at 9 p.m., and for Second Day's events at the olUee of the Marton Jockey Club at 1) o'clock on the evening of tho Fir&t Day.

RULES. All Races to be run under tlio New Zealand Rules of Racing, The winner of any race sifter declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of Rib, of two or more races lOlb, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over "will carry only half these penalties.
