Herr Rudolf Martin, formerly Minister of the Interior at Berlin, declares that a decade hence Germany will have a thousand dirigible bal • loons and ten thousand aeroplanes, and her aerial fleet would be armed with torpedoes. In the event of war with Britain, Herr Martin declared, Germany's airships would imperil the British Heet and ports, and facilitate an invasion.
