Hurdle, Steeplechase and Welter Races The winner of any race after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 71b. of two or more races lOlbs. Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on or about SATURDAY, 4th September, 1909, and for the Second Day's Events at the office of the Marton Jocb-y Club (next White Hart Hotel) at 7.30 on the evening of the First Acceptances for the First Day a events will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, September 10th, 1909, at 9 p.m., and for Second Day's events at the office of the Marton Jockey Club at 9 o'clock on the evening of the Fir&t Day. RULES. All Eaces to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing, The winner of any race alter declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of Bib, of two or more races "101b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over will carry only half these penalties.
