By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, September 6. The Hons. G. Fowlds and D. Buddo arrived in Auckland on Sunday. Mr Buddo has been engaged inspecting improved farm settlements which are being opened for selection, and m - specting important works in connection with the rrainage of the Piako swamp. Mr Fowlds states that tne Prime Minister is expected to arrive in Auckland on September 30th, and Parliament will be opened within a few days of Sir Joseph Ward's arrival in Wellington.
