SURVIVORS ARRIVE AT PLYMOUTH. Received September 6, 11.15 p.m. LONDON, September 6. Fifteen of the survivors of the wrecked steamer Maori have reached Plymouth. . Engineer Marwood stated that the Cape coast is the worst lighted in the world. He ridiculed the talk about wireless telegraphy. If money were spent on lights they would save many ships.
