Received September 6, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, September 6. Major-General Baden Powell, inspected 11,000 boy scouts at Crystal Palace. His Majesty King Edward, in a message, assured the boys of his great interest in the movement. His Majesty added: "If I should call upon you later on in life to a sense of your patriotic responsibility the discipline acquired in boyhood will enable you to do your duty as men in the event of danger threatening the Empire.
