Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on or about SATURDAY, 4th Suptciub'T, 1909. and for the Second Day's l£ vents at the cilice ot' the Marton Jockt-y Ciub (next White Hart Hotel) as 7.30 on the evening of the First Day. Acceptances for the First Day's events will close with the Secretary at the office of the Club, Bulls, on FRIDAY, September 13th, 1909, at 9 p.m., and for Second Day's events at the ollice of the Marton Jockey Club at 9 o'clock on the evening of the Fiivt Day. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of h'acing, The winner of any race after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of filb, of two or more races 10ib, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over will curry only half thesv penalties.
