DISAFFECTION IN THE ARM Y Received August 30, 10 p.m. ATHENS, August 30. M. Ralli's refusal to receive a military deputation who demanded the reorganisation of the Army mid Navy, led to temporary disaffection among the forces at Athens. Five hundred and forty-eight jffieers and 3,000 soldiers quitted Athens and camped outside. M Ralli thereupon resigned and M. Mavromiehaelis has assumed the Premiership.
