Eight hundred robbers are attacking a tower in a village near Kreman, in Persia, in which the inhabitants have taken refuge.
Among the besieged residents are Mr Wright, of the Imperial Bank and Mr James, of the Indo-European Telegraph Company. Relief from Teheran is impossible
