NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' DAIRY UNION.

By Telegraph—Press Association. WOODVILLE, August 25. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Farmers' Dairy Union was held here this afternoon. There was only a moderute attendance of shareholders, Mr Thomas Parsons. Chairman of Directors, presiding., The balance-sheet showed that tie Union had a most successful year, 568 tons of butter and 91 tons of cheese had been made, a dividend of 5 percent, paid, and £2513, carried forward. During the year £7,411 had been eliminated from the borrowed capital account, and £11,685 written off for depreciation. The report and balance-sheet was adopted without any questions being asked, and Mr Wilberfoss re-elected auditor. It was decide'' that the next annual meeting should be held at Eketahuna. '
