Bates' weather forecast:—Northerly winds, increasing strong to eale, are probable north of Westp.irt and Cape Campbell; and easterly, moderate to strong, elswehere. The weather wil probably become gloomy and showery in the northern districts, and more cloudy and unsattled elsewhere the probabl; fall Bmartly in the far north, as there are indication nf a diaturban-e daveloping m th se parts.
