RACING.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 23. The committee of the Wellington Jjicing Club has decided to include a fecial weight-for-age race at its ♦spring meeting next October. A •atake of 65050 v& (50 sovs of which will be distributed between the 'breeder, of the winner and A. and 'P. Associations on a basis of 75 and 25 per cent, respectively) will 'be attached to the event which will be run over a mile and a quarter. The owner of the winner will also receive the silver cup given by Mr -J. B. Harcourt, President of the 'Club.
