All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing, The winner of any race after declaration of weights, to carry a penalty of 61b, of two or more races 101b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over will carry only half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Hurdle, Steeplechase and Welter Races.
