TURKEY AND GREECE.
IROUBLE IN CRETE. Received August 18, 10.20 p.m. LONDON, August 18. The Powers have notified the Cretan Government that the Greek flag will be removed to-iay. The Government has appealed to the people not to obstruct the action ot the Powers. BOYCOTT OF GREEK GOODS. Received August 18, 10.20 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE. August 18 A boycott of Greek steamers has begun at Constantinople. Greek goods are being boycotted at Smyrna and in some of the other centres. The Ambassadors are anxious regarding Turko-Greek relations.
