-, AGAINST A NEWSPAPER. Received August 17, M a.m. MELBOURNE, August 17. ! R Mr G. Swinburne, a member of the Victorian Assembly, has commenced an action against the "Age" newspaper, claiming £5,000 damages for alleged libel contained in criticisms of his administration when State Minister for Water Supply.
