Received August 11, 8.55 a.m. LONDON, August 10. Rowland, a New Zealander, won the three-miles handicap walk at Glasgow in 21min 39 l-ssec. —A Scottish record. At the same meeting R. E. Walker, the Soutn African, ran 120 yarda in 11 3-ssec, and 150 yards in 14 4-5 sec—both records.
