By Teiegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 12. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast:—High easterly winds and rain are probable north of East Cape and Kawhia, and southeasterly winds elsewhere with cloudy 1 and changeable weather especially on the East Coast of the North ' Island, where the seas will also ! probably be rough. A cyclonic disturbance appears to gbe developing to the northward cf New Zealand.
