All races to be run under the New Zealasd Rule 3 of Racing, The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b; of two or more races, 101b. , A Hunter is a horse whose owner can produce at scales a certificate from the Master of any Hun that the horse has been ridden with the hounds dnring the past season to the satisfaction •of the Matter, and has neither won nor is nominated at the date of entry for the race of £4O or over- Hack and Hunter races excepted.
