DELIVERY OF MAILS BLOCKED. Received August 6, 10.30 a.m SYDNEY, August 6. Heavy fall-s'of snow in the western and south-western districts have blocked the delivery of mails. The fall was four feet deep in some districts, and the drifts reached a depth of 50 feet. HOBART, August 6. The weather is bitterly cold, and heavy snowfalls have occurred.
