SCENE IN PARLIAMENT.
A MEMBER EXPELLED. Received August 5, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, August 5. / Mr Carmichael created a scene in tha State Assembly during a debate on the ""Inebriates Bill, by declaring, "We have had and have brutal Ministers." As he refused to withdraw the remark, Mr Carmichael was named by the Speaker and escorted from the Chamber by the Sergeant-at-Arms.
