SCOTTISH COAL MINERS.
DISPUTE SETTLED
United Press Association-By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received August 1, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, July 31. The Scottish coal dispute has been settled. The employers have conceded the minimum wage of 6s for a period of three years, and suitable machinery has been devised for fixing any increase as the trade improves.
